Why can't I print out a page?
We have disabled printing, saving, and refreshing (reloading) the pages to prevent possible theft and copyright infringements. Yup, we know you won't do that but not everyone on the web has honourable intentions, sadly.
How do I see the support videos for these projects?
You need to look up the username and password on page 18. They are located under the first image in the left hand column, the image is of a cheek cell. Use this to enter this area: http://www.mic.uk.net/book-projects/
How long can I access the paid-for area?
For as long as we can afford to maintain the costs of the main web site. We guarantee 1 year or your money back. But hopefully for as long as the site remains on-line.
I prefer to have the book. Can I get my money back and buy the book instead?
Unfortunately, no. We did try and advise you of this issue on the page which invited you to join.
